We offer refunds or exchanges within 5 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must have its original packaging.
- If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Items will only be replaced (based on an exchange request) if they are found defective or damaged.
Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.
For accepted exchange or return requests, once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the receipt of the returned/exchanged product and the subsequent steps regarding your refund or replacement.
